Abstract

This study explores the therapeutic and psychological benefits of Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation). It highlights how regular practice contributes to mental well-being, stress reduction, emotional balance, and cognitive clarity. The research connects yogic discipline with modern concepts of mental health, presenting Suryanamaskar as a holistic approach to psychosomatic wellness.
